1-Year Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. All purchases made directly from Hooga Playroom are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural or functional faults not caused by misuse

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. dropping, overloading, or using the product in ways not intended)
  • Modifications or repairs not authorised by us
  • Damage due to exposure to water, heat, or unsuitable storage
  • Products purchased second-hand or from non-authorised sellers

How Long Is the Warranty Period?

  • This warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt or order confirmation.

How to Claim:

  1. Email us at info@hoogaplayroom.com  with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement part, replacement product, a refund or store credit.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty applies to original purchasers only and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
