At Hooga Playroom, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind about the item, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Return

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Request a Return

  1. Please email us at info@hoogaplayroom.com with:
  2. Your order number
  3. The item(s) you wish to return
  4. Reason for return
  5. Photos of the product and packaging (to ensure it's in resalable condition)

We’ll respond within 2-3 working days with return instructions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting our products. If your item arrives with significant damage or a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assess each case individually to determine the most appropriate and fair resolution.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Hooga Playroom cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions:

For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used, washed, or damaged items. Additionally, items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.
